I’ve recently discovered the ‘Photomerge’ function in Photoshop, unlike Liberty Lane, which I’ve known about for a long time. There’s some unbelievable talent on display down there, and it changes often. It’s parallel to Camden Street, behind Whelans and perpendicular to Kevin Street, near the college. ‘Photomerge’ is a great little script that takes multiple images, analyses them for overlap and then automatically pieces them together into one big image. Taking the shots effectively is a bit of trial and error, but the results are quite interesting, even when they’re not perfect. The resulting combination of shots makes a massive high-res image.
